Don One's Host download runs as a servcie allowing for remote support 24/7 without having to download and launch our Internal IT Remote Support application each time.

 

Works great on both workstations and servers.

 

1. Click on the TeamViewer Logo to download Don One’s Remote Desktop QuickSupport for Windows.

 

2. Click Download and save to desktop when prompted.

 

3. Double click the file on your desktop called  "IITTeamViewer_Host_Setup.exe" and Open

 

4. Foll the default instructions on screen

 

5. Tell your system specialist the ID and password to begin your support.

 

6. Make a cup of tea and relax while we fix the problem
